End of the AIDA Perla sea trials with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries.
Two XLE64-84.4 units producing 1150m3/24h of freshwater and 100m3/24h of industrial water each have been successfully commissioned by SLCE watermakers. With an energy consumption below 2.8 kWh/m3 of water produced, shipyard Mitsubishi Heavy Industries and ship-owner Aïda’s expectations were exceeded because of SLCE watermakers’ know-how in the field of energy saving.
